View your healthcare file

Here you will find information on how to access your healthcare file. We think it is important that our clients are given more control over their own care process. Making healthcare data accessible contributes positively to this. There are two ways to access your healthcare file:

  1. Personal Health Environment (PHE)
  2. 'My file' in Arkin's client portal: Minddistrict

Once you have been treated by one of Arkin's specialties, you have access to your care file. Parts of your care file can be viewed in Minddistrict

Free Digital Care Helpdesk

Who can use Minddistrict?

At Arkin, we use Minddistrict as our digital care environment. It is accessible via a computer, tablet, or through an app on your mobile phone. If you are a client at Arkin, you will automatically receive an invitation to join Minddistrict.

Is the use of Minddistrict safe?

Sure. Arkin complies with strict agreements to be able to exchange data securely. Since you can see sensitive data in the portal, we recommend that you always log out and close your screen when you are done viewing your data. Especially if you have logged in on a (public) computer that is not yours.

What is the difference between a PGO and a client portal?

A personal health environment (PGO) provides access to medical data from various healthcare providers, from general practitioners to hospitals and now also Arkin,  if they are connected. The client portal is Arkin's secure online environment, in which a client has access to their own medical data that is in Arkin's information system. Within Arkin we use the Minddistrict program for this. The video below  explains the difference between a PGO and a client portal very clearly.

I don't see any data

This can have several reasons. We recommend that you first check whether your date of birth is entered correctly in Minddistrict. You can also discuss it with your practitioner. The person can check whether data is being shared and, if necessary, contact Arkin's technical department.

I don't agree with the data I see

If you do not agree with the information in your file, you can discuss this with your practitioner.
