At Arkin, we use Minddistrict as our digital care environment. It works via a computer, tablet, or through an app on your mobile phone. If you are a client at Arkin, you will automatically receive an invitation to join Minddistrict.

Creating an account
To access Minddistrict, you need an account. This account is personal and only accessible to you. Here you can find step-by-step guides for:
Warm Welcome
Once your Minddistrict account has been created, you will receive a module called “A Warm Welcome to Arkin.” This module provides information about Arkin, your referral, and waiting times. It also offers tools to help you get started with your recovery. You can already begin a module from the self-help catalogue.
When your treatment starts at Arkin, you will receive another Warm Welcome—this time from Arkin. Your treatment may also be supported with digital modules or questionnaires, which you will find in Minddistrict.
Your data is strictly personal
It is important to know that the medical information in Minddistrict is strictly personal. You never have to share it with others without your consent. That said, you may find it helpful to discuss your information with someone close to you, such as a partner or family member. This can help them better understand your situation and support you.
Because Minddistrict contains sensitive information, we advise you to always log out and close your screen when you are finished—especially when using a (public) computer that is not your own.
