Experience experts at the Department of Arkin
We are a team of 30 experts by experience and can be found in many places within Arkin.
An experiential expert is someone who uses their own and collective experiences with disruptive situations, such as psychological problems, addiction, illness or poverty, to support others. These experiences are combined with education and training, so that they can be used professionally - including in mental health care.
In addition, the experience expert provides information, creates awareness, is committed to building bridges and improves policy and assistance. Under the heading About EVA you can read more about experiential expertise and EVA.
