Promoting expertise

With training, professional development, advice and consultation, we strengthen knowledge and skills related to mental health. We help professionals and volunteers to better recognize psychological vulnerability, to make it a topic of discussion and to offer residents appropriate support. In this way, we contribute to strengthening residents' own strength and social network and help to identify psychological complaints at an early stage and, where possible, to prevent heavier care.
