Here you will find information on how to access your healthcare file. We think it is important that our clients are given more control over their own care process. Making healthcare data accessible contributes positively to this. There are two ways to access your healthcare file:
- Personal Health Environment (PHE)
- 'My file' in Arkin's client portal: Karify
Once you have been treated by one of Arkin's specialties, you have access to your care file. Parts of your care file can be viewed in the Karify client portal on the left in the menu under 'My file'.
Free Digital Care Helpdesk
