Digital care environment Karify

At Arkin, we use Karify as a digital healthcare environment. It works via a computer, tablet or via an app on your mobile phone. If you are a client of one of our specialties (except Roads and Youth & Family), you create an account with Karify.

Create an account

To access Karify, you need an account. This is only yours, no one else can access it. Here you will find step-by-step plans for:

Warm welcome
Once your Karify account has been created, you will receive a module called 'Warm Welcome'. Here you will find information about Arkin, your referral and waiting times. It also contains tools to get started with your recovery yourself.

As soon as you are treated by a specialism, you will receive a Warm Welcome again, but this time from the specialism itself. In addition, your treatment may be supported with digital modules. We call these health spaces. You can also find this Karify. You can find information about the program on the Karify website.

Data is strictly personal
It is important that you know that the medical data in Karify is strictly personal. You never have to show it to others without your own permission. However, it can be nice to discuss this information with a loved one, such as a partner or family member. This way this person is well aware of your health situation and can think along with you.

Because you can see sensitive data in the client portal, we recommend that you always log out and close your screen when you have finished viewing your data. Especially if you have logged in on a (public) computer that is not yours.

Free Digital Care Helpdesk
