How do I refer a patient?

You can refer a patient on an outpatient or outpatient basis via:

• Digital: Zorgdomein or Zorgmail.
• By phone: 020-5905555.

A referral letter is always required for registration. The easiest way to register is via Zorgdomein.

If you do not have one, you can download a referral letter here. The idea is that you:

• First save the referral letter and fill it in digitally in Word.
• Fill in all required fields in the referral letter. In the form you will find several mandatory fields that must be filled in to be able to process the referral as quickly as possible.
• Then print out the referral letter and add your stamp and signature.
• The referral letter is then emailed to (aanmelden@arkin.nl). In connection with the privacy of the patient, we would like to point out the risks of using unsecured e-mail environments.
• Send the referral letter safely. You can securely email referral letters via ZorgMail. We can be found there under the email address arkincaa@ringamsterdam.nl.

After registration, we will contact your patient to make an appointment. This can take a while depending on the waiting time.

Signing up Sinai Center Providing Referrers with Service & Convenience | Sinai Center

For a quick processing of the referral, we request that you arrange the referral digitally via ZorgDomein. Within ZorgDomein you will find information about the current access time, treatment options and locations. From the General Practitioner Information System (HIS), the relevant information is automatically placed in the referral letter in ZorgDomein and sent digitally. You can also send attachments.

There are no costs associated with the use of ZorgDomein, except for any necessary updates from the HIS or ASP supplier. You can register via www.zorgdomein.nl.

You can contact Central Registration Arkin (CAA) every working day for registration, peer consultation and other questions. The team consists of experienced practitioners and administrative staff who ensure that applications are assessed and processed in terms of content. They arrange for patients to receive an appointment for an intake as soon as possible and in the right place.

The admission clinic of the Sinai Center in Amstelveen offers specialist clinical PTSD treatment or crisis admission, aimed at stabilization, for example in preparation for outpatient PTSD treatment.

Mental health institutions, independent psychiatrists and general practitioners can register patients at our admission clinic.
