Arkin is proud to say that our Front Door is listed on the Zilveren Kruis website as a good example of finding appropriate care for people who need it. 

Arkin's Front Door ensures that clients who need mental health treatment quickly end up in the right place. This can be inside or outside the mental health institution. In doing so, the Front Door works closely with general practitioners, the social domain and other chain partners to strengthen the mental health of citizens and to prevent the need for mental health treatment. 

The following pillars are central to this: 

• Knowledge sharing through consultation, advice and professional development; 
• A client- and referrer-friendly process through good triage, logistics and digital support; 
• Cooperation in the chain by seconding well-trained POH-GGZ and offering recognized preventive interventions; 
• Investing in research, innovation and digitalisation.
