Arkin is a leader in the field of digital care. We use several programs for our digital care. On this page you will discover everything in the field of digital care.
Digital care at Arkin
We use several programs for our digital care. For example, almost all specialties use Karify as a digital care environment. Immediately after registration you can view your care file here and you can already work on your recovery. We do video calling via MS Teams.
We are happy to help you if you can't figure it out. All our clients can use the free Digital Care Helpdesk.
Online intake interview with MS Teams
Do you have your first (online) interview at Arkin soon? We use the Microsoft (MS) Teams program for our online conversations. We recommend that you already install MS Teams on the device (mobile phone, laptop or computer) that you want to use before your online conversation. Digital Care Environment Karify
At Arkin, we use Karify as a digital healthcare environment. It works via a computer, tablet or via an app on your mobile phone. If you are a client of one of our specialties (except Roads and Youth & Family), you create an account with Karify. Read more about this on the page about Karify.
JouwOmgeving for clients at Jeugd & Gezin
At Youth & Family, we use JouwOmgeving as a digital care environment. Here you can safely email or chat with your practitioner, work (further) on your goals online and read messages from your practitioner. You will be informed of this quickly via the JouwOmgeving app. You can download this app from www.jouwomgeving.nl/apps. For more information, see the brochure about JouwOmgeving.
Personal Health Environment (PHE)
A personal health environment, or PGO, is an app or website. On this you can conveniently store and view your health data from different healthcare providers in one place. So from, for example, your GP, physiotherapist and the specialty of Arkin where you are being treated. Read more about this on the page about the PGO.
Free Digital Care Helpdesk
As a client of Arkin, you can ask all non-medical questions about digital care free of charge at the Digital Care Helpdesk. Think of help with logging in, self-measurements or video calling. The experienced and enthusiastic team has the latest knowledge about the digital systems used at Arkin, such as Karify and MS Teams.
For all digital questions that are non-medical in content, you can contact the free Digital Care Helpdesk. They answer questions, explain and show you how you can get started yourself. This way you can benefit from the benefits of digital care.
The helpdesk is available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 18:00 via 085-1304575 or info@helpdeskdigitalezorg.nl.
