Are you a client at Arkin? Here you will find important general information. For example, if you want to know more about your treatment, you can contact your practitioner or the website of the specialty where you receive care.

In care at Arkin

Step 1

Your GP or another healthcare provider has referred you to Arkin. You will receive a message about this from your GP or from Zorgdomein. You will receive an e-mail from Arkin with the confirmation of your registration.

Step 2

An Arkin employee will call you to ask questions about your situation. And to schedule an intake interview for a specialty. Sometimes a conversation takes place before the real intake. We call this a pre-intake.

Step 3

We do everything we can to start your treatment as soon as possible. Until then, you can get started yourself. You will receive an email from Karify with login details of your client environment. Here are modules that you can already follow yourself.

Step 4

Before your treatment starts, you will have an intake interview with a practitioner of a specialty, Some conversations are via video calling. We are happy to explain how this works.

Step 5

Your treatment starts with one of our 11 specialties. We always look at what best suits you and your situation. Once your treatment has started, your practitioner is your main contact person at Arkin.
