  • On MijniHelp.nl you will find tips, more information about psychological complaints, how psychological care works and online self-help programs for family members and loved ones.
  • Good and extensive information about disorders and treatments can be found on the website of the Dutch Association of Psychiatry.
  • Digital platform for mental health relatives in Amsterdam with tips, experience stories and activities.
  • Ypsilon is an association of family members and those involved with people with schizophrenia or psychosis.
  • Naastencentraal is a platform for family members of people with psychological or psychiatric problems, with or without a diagnosis. Others (friends, neighbours, colleagues) can also go there.
  • Naasten in Kracht is there for relatives of people with a psychological vulnerability (partners, children, parents, brothers, sisters and close friends). Through this website you will receive information, tips, inspiration and support. Especially from each other.
  • On MIND (National Platform for Mental Health) there is an overview of family organizations for relatives of people with mental health problems.
  • The AkwaGGZ website offers the possibility to order decision aids that help you understand your loved one's disorder and the treatments that are available. There is also a folder with a handy checklist for client, loved one and care provider that you can go through in preparation for a conversation.
  • Arkin Resting Point is meant as a comfort, a helping hand, a small resting point. Here you will find inspiring words, comforting thoughts. You can light a digital candle for those you miss or follow a meditation if you are looking for some peace.
