What does a POH-GGZ do?

In a general practice, a POH-GGZ can support problem-solving treatment for patients with complaints of a psychological, psychosocial or psychosomatic nature. This includes patients with depressive or anxiety complaints, stress, burnout, bereavement and relationship problems, where in principle there is no DSM diagnosis.

We are there for every GP in our region 

  • We can be reached by phone every working day on 020- 590 5555 from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm for advice to our psychiatrists or other practitioners at the Central Registration Arkin. There are no costs associated with this.  
  • You can request a so-called digital 'Teleconsultation GGZ' via Zorgdomein. This means that you can ask your question digitally from the GP Information System at any time. Arkin's specialists will send an answer or advice about referral, treatment or medication via Zorgdomein as soon as possible, but in any case within three days. The costs for this are reimbursed by the health insurer.
