Consultation and advice

You can contact Central Registration Arkin every working day for collegial consultation. Arkin has put together a team of experienced therapists specialized in psychiatry and/or addiction. They assess applications in terms of content and look at which part of Arkin can best treat your patient. In addition, they think along with you about a possible referral.

Telephone consultation

As a general practitioner, would you like to ask one of our psychiatrists a question by telephone, for example about medication? Then call the CAA, where psychiatrists are available to answer all your questions. We do not charge any costs for this consultation.

Teleconsultation mental health care via ZorgDomein

GPs can request a so-called digital 'teleconsultation ggz' via ZorgDomein. As a GP, you can ask your question at any time via ZorgDomein and Arkin's specialists will send an answer or advice about referral, treatment or medication back via ZorgDomein within three days. This costs the GP nothing, the costs are reimbursed by the health insurer.

One-time psychiatric consultation

With a psychiatric consultation, general practitioners can get an opinion from a psychiatrist if they suspect psychiatric problems. Your patient will receive an invitation for a meeting with one of our psychiatrists at one of Arkin's locations. During such a consultation, the patient's condition is assessed, a psychiatric diagnosis is made and/or treatment advice is given.

The costs for a one-time psychiatric consultation are invoiced to the general practitioner. You will receive reimbursement for this from the health insurer from the POH-GGZ module Consultation. The patient does not lose his deductible.

We are happy to visit you for a patient meeting in the general practice, where several patients can be discussed.
