Colors of Arkin edition 2024 awarded to the Board of Directors

This morning, on Diversity Day, Dick Veluwenkamp and Floor van Dijk were presented with the latest edition of the report 'Colours of Arkin'. They were presented with the report by three members of the Diversity & Inclusion working group (Evelien van der Geest of M&O, Amna Haji of Zorgontontwikkelinging and Wessel Meerdinkveldboom of Marketing Communication). In addition to these three members, Yvonne Merkies (Sinai Center) and Marlon Wong-Sioe (Roads) are also members of the working group, but they were unable to attend today.

Committed colleagues

The report is the fourth year in a row and contains stories about diversity and inclusion from across the organization. You will read great interviews with committed colleagues who are committed to the theme. From a diversity party at Inforsa to the newly founded Jong Arkin and from Herstelwerkt to neurodiversity.

Dick and Floor: "We think it is important that Arkin is an organization where clients and employees feel welcome. And where everyone can be themselves, regardless of, for example, ethnic or religious background, gender identity, sexual orientation, level of education, occupational disability, generation or neurodivergence. This remains our vision and this is what we stand for, now and in the future."
