Waiting
Waiting
We do our utmost to keep waiting times as short as possible. In many cases this works, sometimes the waiting times are unfortunately longer than we would like. There is a difference between a registration waiting period until intake and in a treatment waiting period (after the intake, until your treatment starts).
Below you will find the waiting time pages of our specialties. Waiting times can vary by location and form of treatment.

Role of health insurer
The waiting times do not depend on your health insurer. If the waiting times are above the standard, it is possible that you or your referrer will ask the health insurer for waiting list mediation.
The health insurer can support you so that the waiting time remains within the standards. These are the maximum acceptable waiting times that have been jointly agreed upon by healthcare providers and health insurers. These standards are:
- A client has an intake interview within four weeks of the first contact with a healthcare provider
- The treatment started within ten weeks of the intake
