This course is intended for people over 60 who want to give their lives more quality and content. In groups we exchange on various themes. The theory is linked to practical exercises so that skills can be learned to better deal with difficulties.
Course content
The course consists of 5 meetings in which the following themes are discussed: – Getting older; Spectre or new chance? – Healthy living – Dealing with loss and loneliness – The role of thoughts –Meaning
