Who?
This group is intended for all adults who are involved with a loved one with suicidal thoughts.
Course content
If your loved one has suicidal thoughts at any time, it can be very drastic for you and your daily life. Don't just keep struggling with these feelings, you're not alone.
During the meetings you will receive information about the suicidal process and how you can stay in touch with your loved one. You will also receive tools and tips, so that you can (stay) strong and take good care of yourself. In addition, the experiences, feelings and questions of you as a participant are central.
The group is supervised by a prevention worker and a family experience expert.

Expensive: The group consists of 6 meetings of 2 hours.
When: The group starts 2 times a year.
