Who?
The course is for adults and the elderly who suffer from stress.
Course content
You will learn what you can do yourself to feel better. In the course you will receive tips and exercises. The themes that are discussed are:
- What is stress?
- What are the signs and causes of stress?
- The importance of healthy living and the influence of thoughts on your mood.
- Standing up for yourself and dealing with different emotions.
At home, you practice what you have learned.
Practical information
Course Duration: The course lasts 4 weeks. Every week there is a meeting of 2 hours.
When: Several courses start per year.
